I purchased four of these at the same time. I have three six year olds and an eight year old. The assembly was pretty quick and easy. Most of the bike is together right out of the box but it took about 30 minutes to get the rest together.
The bikes go pretty fast to be electric. The claim to go about 14mph and I'd say thats about right. I have a golf cart and I couldn't keep up with the bikes with it. There pretty sturdy as well. I've only had the bikes for a few weeks and they've been dropped and crashed numerous times and they keep on going..
The Razor MX350 dirt Rocket will hold even the bigger boys with little problem, but don't expect to get the same top end speed and run time as with the lighter kids. I even rode it a couple of times and I weigh 188lbs (but its not really supposed to have more than 140lbs person on it...lol)
In summary, I am satisfied with the item. It is exactly as the company describes. You really can't beat it for the price. My kids have great fun on them and I didn't have to fork over $800-$1000 for a gas powered dirt bike. I hope this helps someone in deciding on this purchase.

Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket Electric Motocross Bike
Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket features
Razor products have populated neighborhoods across the U.S., but they don't stop where the sidewalk ends. With the Dirt Rocket line, Razor introduced off-road rides for those who aren't afraid of the dirt.
The MX350 Dirt Rocket, awarded the Toys “R” Us Joy List and praised in Sports Illustrated for Kids, is a scaled down, electric powered dirt bike that’s a fun way for younger riders to live out their off-road fantasies. With a high torque motor, large, knobby tires, and speeds up to 12 miles per hour, that dirt hill has got nothin' on you.
Essentially a scaled-down motocross bike with an electric motor, the Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket is ideal for pre-teens and teens (ages 12 and up) who want to enjoy the dirt bike experience without breaking the bank.
The
Razor MX350 powerful motor carries riders at speeds of up to 14 miles per hour--more than enough for most bumpy dirt trails--and can cruise for up to 10 miles (or 40 minutes) on a single charge.
At the same time, the bike's riser handlebars deliver a smooth and comfortable ride regardless of the terrain, so the fun isn't restricted to flat pavement. As a final bonus, the Dirt Rocket's variable-speed, chain-driven motor is extremely quiet, a marked contrast to traditional gas-powered motocross bikes.
Other details include 12-inch pneumatic knobby tires for a maximum power transfer, authentic dirt bike frame geometry, and a retractable kickstand.
The Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket, which requires roughly eight hours to fully charge, offers a maximum weight limit of 140 pounds. It's also backed by a 90-day warranty.

This is a tiny bike. It's perfect for kids 7 to 11. Most twelve year olds would be too big for it even though that's what it is recommended for.
The charge lasts a long time and it is fun to ride. It goes just fast enough to be exciting for a 7 to 11 year old, but not fast enough to by truly dangerous. If a kid can ride a bike they can ride this. It's easy to put together, took me about 5 minutes and it came fully charged. Hours and hours of fun for a younger kid. Once again, a 12 year old would be too big and would also get bored pretty fast since the bike only goes 14 mph.
